Shipping Policies

 

Shelter – Canopies  ship most of its Shelters and Canopies with UPS or reliable trucking companies. We endeavour to dispatch your item to you as soon as possible. In stock items ship within 48 hours of purchase. Most items ship at least within 1-2 business days. We make every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday. If you need an item by a certain time please call our office and we endeavour to assist you.

We ship by UPS Ground and Reliable Trucking Companies.

Address Correction Charges

Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $20.00 charge for ground packages  if correction is made after packages have been shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please always check your shipping address for accuracy.

This fee is charged to us by UPS for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your understanding.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. For questions about tracking, please contact us at tarps-tarps.com and include your name and order number.

How To Cancel An Order

Due to our large volume of orders it can be difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours; however, we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $20 charge for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately by phoning 239 643 0877. will be If items have been shipped, you must follow our standard return procedures. Please see the returns section for further details on returning your product. If you refuse delivery, we will refund the item cost minus any associated shipping and restocking fees. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately at tarps-tarps.com or call our office. Orders will be cancelled if items have NOT been shipped. If items have been shipped, you MUST refuse delivery or follow our standard return procedures. If the item was shipped, there will be a cancelation fee.

Can I return my Canopy or Shelter after I have removed the packaging?

No, once the package has been opened, we are unable to accept returns. However, if for some reason you order a Canopy or Shelter and wish to return it because you have changed your mind or have no use for the item, you can send it back. Return postage is to be paid by you at your own cost. Upon receipt of the product, we will then deduct a 25% re-stocking charge and refund your credit card accordingly. The item returned MUST be in it's original packaging and in an unused and resaleable condition. If this policy is not complied with, your refund will not be issued. All returns for refund or exchange must be within 30days from date of order.
